"We" and "us" refers to person Miro Kropacek. The "website" refers to http://mikro.umpc.sk/us_order and all associate webpages.

All consumer sales and returns are subject to the following conditions. When you purchase a product from us you are agreeing to the conditions outlined here.

Purchasing goods from website is based on pre-sale system, i.e. customer agrees to send funds for the goods in advance and wait approximately 3 months to receive his/her goods. The exact time schedule (when the goods can/will be ordered, payed and shipped) is published at the website. The exact sum of money we expect from customer is individual and it is based on his/her location and number/type of goods. Each customer can review the sum at website's order form available after login.

Please note that we do not supply goods on a trial basis. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs and the product is fit for the application that you are using it for. If you need further detailed information or have general queries about a product, contact us before placing an order. Check compatibility of the product carefully. We do not exhaustively publish product compatibility details on the website, so you may email us to check compatibility against individual configurations.

We will only accept returns for the following reasons: i) we have misrepresented the product; ii) the product is faulty.

We cannot accept any liability for late arrival of products. The delivery date on the website is for guideline purposes only and may be subject to delays. We will try and keep you informed about any delays and we will offer a full refund if we cannot deliver the promised goods within a reasonable time period of 30 days after the time schedule published at the website.

We cannot accept liability for products that are lost/damaged while in care of the postal service. We reserve the right to charge for shipping and associated costs that we may incur for packages returned to us where the customer has provided an incorrect/incomplete/misleading delivery address, failed to collect the package from a local mail depot or rejected the package at point of delivery.
